Shipping & Delivery Process
We ship all orders USPS within 2-3 business days (M-F) upon receipt of payment. Orders placed after 4pm CT will be processed the next business day and shipped within 48 hours.
Any rushed/expedited orders will incur an additional shipping cost. Please leave us a note in our “Order Notes”
section at check-out if you need rushed/expedited delivery. Once your order ships, we will notify you via email with your shipping conformation and tracking information.

Return / Exchange Policy & Processing
ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCHANGES ONLY!
All FINAL SALE ITEMS are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. We do not make exceptions to this policy.To be eligible for an exchange, you must first meet the requirements. Send us an email request for and exchange within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS: We do not make exceptions to this policy.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang-tags attached in its original condition and packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances, smoke, tarnishing, scratches or missing stones.
- Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Nolahs & Co..
- All return/ exchange shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Nolahsandco.com diligently inspects all items before shipping to ensure quality; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, fragrance & smoke. In the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you’ve misplaced your packing slip, enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. Indicate if you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive a merchandise credit. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you’re requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a CODE sent via email. USPS First Class Mail is recommended, however feel free to use the shipping method of your choice. Shipping insurance is not required but recommended. NOLAHS & CO is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping. Return orders take 5-7 business days to process.

Upon receiving your authorization for exchange, we will provide you with our return mailing address and return instructions.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full return / exchange policy.
Cancellations or returns on pre-order items will be refunded as store credit or exchange only.
Pre-orders will be charged at the time your order is placed. Additional items in your order will be shipped immediately while pre-order items ship separately as they become available.
Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers.
Pre-order items are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
Not all pre-order items are guaranteed based on manufacturer production. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund.
Because our items are in limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out. If this happens you will receive a notification via email.
